Default response part 2

When you, or someone around you, make a mistake, what is your default response?

Do you get scared, angry or upset? Do you try and cover it up, blame someone else or justify your actions? Do you get frustrated and explain why they were wrong for doing what they did? 

Worse still, do you beat yourself up, retreat into your shell and pile on the negative self-talk?

Or, do you throw your hands up in the air with a smile, say “how fascinating” and learn from it?

What would it look like if we worked and lived in a culture that embraced more of the latter?
